Come and discover the little world of glass by Virginie Torrelli. Her profession: glass fusion artist. The fusion method, or fusing, is an ancient technique over 3000 years old (used by the Egyptians). It involves cutting glass plates and assembling the pieces on top of each other when cold. The assembly is then baked in a kiln. The different pieces of glass melt together at over 800°C to form a single homogeneous piece. The workshop is open for you to reveal the magic of glass, between transparency, purity, and light. Virginie imagines and manufactures jewelry, decorative objects, lamps, pocket emptiers, plates, dishes, mirrors... for your pleasure and that of those around you. All pieces are unique.
